Game crashes when...

My NBA Live game keeps crashing whenever I click on a player named Rob Kurz. It started right after I edited a player's appearance in DBCommander.

Note: I also checked his Fsh file and found that he had no texture showing up so I exported it and imported it back in when I discovered it was there. But that didn't help.

Most likely an issue with his portrait; try deleting it from your sgsm folder.

What type of files are the portrait files?

.big files. The filenames include the PLAYERPKG values (in this case, ROKURZ_).
