As I've mentioned before, I don't have the time to work on roster updates or much else these days, hence no releases in quite some time. That hasn't changed; sorry! However, as I mentioned in Episode #88
of the NLSC Podcast, I did create a small fix for my own use while capturing some screenshots to update the galleries in our subsites, as well as our image library for feature articles. As such, I figured I'd share it with the community, in case it's of any use to anyone else.
The fix in question is a workaround for the issue of the hide/show overlay button remaining on screen when taking screenshots in Instant Replay. What I've done is replace the hover effect texture with a transparent texture, so that the button effectively disappears when you mouse over it. As such, with the fix in place, you can position the camera however you like, then click the button to hide the overlay and keep the mouse pointer hovering over the now invisible button. Hit F12 to take a screenshot without that pesky button showing up down in the right hand corner.Get it here: Replay Fix 2005 - Better Screenshots
