Fix for the intentional fouls at the end of the game?

Hello,

i'm sure you noticed this if you play live 05:
4th quarter, i'm up by 2, i have possession, 44 sec left on the clock, i wait 20 sec and when there's only 4 sec left on the shot clock the com makes an intentional foul.
The com always commits intentional fouls if they are losing and the clock goes below 24 no mather the shot clock. It's annoying and it makes it much easier to win.

Is there a known fix for this?

I think not. You can try other custom AIACT's, but I'm not sure does it help. In fact, in my opinion, intentional fouls are well balanced, the game is even with them.

i think the general rule of fouling with the CPU is if the lead is under 10

The CPU's intelligence with intentionally fouling has traditionally been a bit sketchy in NBA Live. In other games in the series the CPU is too quick to intentionally foul, immediately doing so in the final minute if the lead is under ten.

Well balanced? Fouling with 2 sec left on the shot clock when the ball is in mid court, with 24 sec left in the game when you're only down by one is just stupid. And that is what the cpu does in live 2005. I would love to know a way to fix it because is the only major thing that i don't like about this game.

Because it's like this, if it's a one possession game they don't foul right away, the cpu only does the foul when the clock goes below 24 sec no mather the shot clock. Like i said: 44 sec left in the game, i have possession, the cpu waits 20sec to foul when the clock goes below 24 but at the same time the shot clock is running out.
