Don't you think Live should add multiple cyberfaces for created players, like a home/away cyberface so you can have different gear for different games.

I hope there is a defensive response to the freestyle air.
I'm just saying that there's been a trend in live to add features, balance them in the next game, and then make another feature that becomes way too powerful with or without sliders.

Remember in 2003 when freestyle worked too well?
Remember in 2004 when pro hop and power dribble worked too well?

I just have a feeling that 90% of the players will be able to move the ball from one side to another with much ease and make the basketball.
Yes, it's cool, but not realistic.
Hopefully EA does make it realistic. I'll just have to hope...

So...a big bump here, because I've just posted a Wayback Wednesday feature on the article in question, after finding it in my archives: http://www.nba-live.com/wayback-wednesd ... o-preview/

I'd have to say that it worked out pretty well, and that with slider tweaks, we got some pretty realistic results in NBA Live 2005. Hats off to Bang as well; he predicted the Slam Dunk Contest and All-Star Weekend before it was announced!
