*idea* Dynasty Mode with RPG element

I'm not sure if it has been said already or already done and yes, it is probably too large of a task to undertake but anyway here is my idea:

- All the players have an experience meter, like that of rpgs or Warcraft 3 heros. With the ratings based on that meter but separate.
ie, like a lvl 1 player (which would theoritically be a rookie) but have his stats but would have limits to how many points it can allocate.

- Experience meter will then rise or fall at the end of the season, based on how they did for the season, when they do something special ( like consective 30 point <a href="http://go-all.com?go=games" onmouseover="window.status = 'goto: games';return 1" onmouseout="window.status=''">games</a>, or consective 10+ rebound game, etc). Perhaps old age also, but age could just affect how much or little exp they gain/loss.

Bench players will not gain points for not playing.

- Also, there are a whole bunch of moves they can gain apart from a few they can choose when they create character, like fake moves, or dunks, or maybe an attribute like clutch, energy player, 3-point specialist. Or have negative attributes upon the creation of the player (like how Shariff Abdul-Rahim chokes during the last 5 minutes of <a href="http://0-2u.com?go=games" onmouseover="window.status = 'goto: games';return 1" onmouseout="window.status=''">games</a>)

- when they gain a level, they get a certain amount of points to add to their stats. And when they reach certain levels they can choose one of the moves, to add to their repratore (sorta like fallout and the perks).

- the team also gains points for their accomplishments, just like how it is now, and can be used to either enhance individual players (like if a team gives a player special attention during offseason) or to help the team.

- Coaches will then have the effects like that of items in rpgs, where they enhance or add to the stats where good coaches will have more goodies and the more average will have less (like all players will have a +5 to their defensive awareness with coach A) and the special attributes will have the same affect on the specific player.

This way, players will have more of a different feel, like shaq will have lots of power, and fast-post moves and will be more special compared to other players of the same size. Kobe can then be slightly be more different than the other all-star guards.
