Regarding NLSC Roster Update

Is there any way to sign veteran free agents for less money? Let's say you've got a 34-years old Mike Bibby asking for 8 million per season, the problem is that most teams don't even have cap space available, even if I edit it manually to match the real life values (58.04M in 2012/13) it is not enough. There are no veteran minimum / mid-level exception features present in the game, but at least free agents were cheap in vanilla Live 2005.

It's a problem you run into with the free agent logic and higher rated free agents. Try changing the SALARY values in players.dbf, as well as the ISMINIMUM attribute to True. The latter might do it.

Guess I'll just add an extra 10 million to the salary cap so that CPU teams will be able to makes some moves too. Hopefully that's fair enough considering the Dynasty mode limitations.
