it always seems that im the one whos left with NO EDITOR lots of people will download what andrew gave them and will work.then i have nothng ever because nobody wants to fix there program for one person.you guys suck and so does ea sports.

no jersey raptor/no nba editor. soon no model editor

BTW, how do you change which .dbf file you want to edit. Does it edit the origdb, or curredb or what?

You dont need to select your DBF file, you only need to selec where your nba2005.exe file is and the tool will search the DBF files for you.

Please read the Readme carefully.

HI, Very sorry for all the inconveniences that all of you have runing my tool, I forget to put in the REadme about the Visual Fox Pro Driver, With this you should be able to use it, the tool modify the databases stored in NBA Live 2005\database\origdb in your NBA Live 2005 instalation folder. becuase is the only place where you have the accesoryloc.dbf file, and it is needed be the tool.

And you canot edit your dinasty rosters.

You still can't add new players or team, this will be for future releases, but you can add a player in the game and later edit it with the tool.

Please for those that have other problems, out the message that the tool is showing up I put this messages in the tool so I can found a solution for your problems.

Please make it available to edit dynasty rosters. I feel that , that is where the most usage of this tool will take place. Considering different player move around a lot and we need to make those changes to them.

Am I the only one who can't release a player to the Free Agents team? I get an error sayin "A team must have at least 5 player and less than 15"

Is there a way to have it edit our seasons in the save folders?

I made a back up copy of my NBA Live 2005\database\origdb in my NBA Live 2005 instalation folder. Then copied and pasted my season save folder in that origdb folder. My season showed up fine..

My question is will that mess up the game. Does anyone know?

Do i have to copy this into my NBA2005 folder in my documents folder..The originaldb folder?

Anyone have any thoughts on how to make this work with are own seasons?

I have to say that this editor is pretty good. It makes things alot easier to manipulate and manuever. The only problem would be to make changes in the dynasty rosters. I guess we'll have to wait for the updates......

...but the way I was able to get around that is by making a copy of the origdb in the installation folder. Then I copy all of the files in my dynasty save folder and paste them into the original origdb folder, overwriting whatever. Then, when I use the editor, it shows the dynasty stuff and you can do what you need to.

Once thats done, I remove the files from the origdb that are in the dynasty save and just put them back. Keep in mind that not all of the files in origdb are in your save folder so be careful.

Then, when you do all that, just delete the origdb folder, rename the copy of origdb to just origdb and youre all good to go.

I know it sounds like alot but it works, and its easier than having to deal with DBC, you know?

If you cant edit the dynasty then there is no point in this editor. Anyway it works for me and its good, but can you put ur DYNASTY files into the currentdb or w/e folder the editor uses. So you can edit the dynasty files and place them back into ur saves folder. If you can understand my question and answer that would be nice
