It looks pretty good except it looks a little too much like the player headshapes you used such as Artest and Wagner. Make it look a little more like them because you can tell easily that its like a new skin colored Artest and Ismail looks just like Wagner.

also, try to make his eyebrows thinner, and remove that dunno-how-to-call from area between the eyebrows
