Opening night rosters

Hello all,

As you know it is not easy to rate the players when you have never seen them playing !
So do not hesitate to give me your opinion.

Here is what I will do
Adams & Bonsu : dunking 82
Garbajosa : 3pts : 55 ? and overall 54

Flite regarding TD performance, sorry but his rating was updated based on last year stats using the rating machine

Dunking 82 for Adams and Bonsu sound well, but 55 for Garbajosa... ufff, it's not enough. Considering he had been one of the 5 best players in the Euroleague, he should be 60 at least. I dont know how he will adapt to NBA, but surely will help the team to do all the things you cant see in stats. However, hes below average in athletism, so the rate may come down in that way.
I think theres a column in players.dbf for frequency 3pt, isnt it? So he puts a lot of 3pt shots in spanish league, but that task is for Peterson in Toronto, so he will shoot much less than before.

Be careful, the 3pts line is not at the same distance in NBA, so maybe his stats will decrease a little bit

For the next or the one after try to move the birthday years back 2 years so the players are the correct age in dynasty mode

Flite_23 did the dunking ratings

i only changed the dunk ratings of players who i thought were great, because i think they were all rated 50. never checked sheldens ratings or the other two.

hey frenchy, i played a game today against the spurs and TD shot 4 threes, not with time expiring or anything, just pulled up. check his 3pt ratings and his SCOREAREA

As you may know, this usually corresponds with the THREEPTATT attribute in the db (hidden in the game). While it determines roughly what percentage of the player's shots are likely to be 3's [and in frenchy's last roster release TD's THREEPTATT was 1 (along with SCOREAREA = 9)], TD's 3pt base rating is a bit high at 68 and the problem may be that his range is posted at 25 and we all know TD doesn't have 25ft range.

Regarding ages : nope (too long) and not sure it is really a big pb for players.

Smush & Finley will be back in their team in the next release (just a little mistake)
Herrmann : already in my roster (but I do not know the type of contract he has signed) BTW you will see his CF is amazing !!

i think u should release it asap. add team usa in the next update if u make one

the potraits are ok, but ur stretching the picture in photoshop. remember the pic doesnt have to cover the whole canvas.

news here are that harrington will sign with pacers along with john edwards, in exchange of JUST ONE FIRST ROUND DRAFT PICK??!! are they going crazy?? if theyre already under salary cap!! will they sign kobe, t-mac and KG for the next year perhaps!!
