I haven't encountered a problem yet. Try Kevin's tutorial.

For those of you have been encountering problems while installing, I've just released a fix. The patch adds the B files so that you won't have any problems.

Sorry people, I'm not so good editing stuff... I installed the wrong version of Josh Davis and now I see the Orlando Magic Coach face painted in pink. How can I restore his original face?
