Low post scoring help? plz

heres another post move to mess around with.

start with your passer a little behind the perimeter by the sidelines. while controlling him hold the backdown button and press the post up quick play while backing down. then as your about to reach the 3-line. pass to the man in the post while still holding the back down button. then continue to backdown your man into or as close as you can in the paint then let go of the backdown while pressing torwards the basket and your player should run across the paint for better attempt at a dunk/luyup or shot.

I'm playing miami too and shaq is averaging 33pts in 7 minute quarters on superstar level. What i do is back up the defender and turn for the 2-handed jam. Sometimes he does a lay up or a simple dunk but the 2-handed jam floors the defender!!!

What i want to learn to do is, i see my opponent do this a lot. They turn ang bangs my player on the chest then my players moves back and they're free. Sometimes they get called for an offesive foul, sometimes i get called for a foul. I think i have to use dropstep to do that.
