I just saw NBA Live 2005 Chinese edition on EA Taiwan, and the PC version is 927 taiwan dollars, which is about 30 US dollars.. :P

With my dad's work for every $100 USD or so he earns when he does work in the US he would get $60 CDN for teh same work up here. So he's down there a lot.

I've seen them advertised before. If you're an experienced NBA Live player who tends to adjust to new gameplay features and controls fairly easily, I don't think you'll learn anything new. It might just save you the trouble of figuring out all the Freestyle moves by yourself.

I'm guessing there will be tricks and strategies, but they're most likely things that hardcore NBA Live players will figure out fairly quickly anyway.

just glance over it in the store, that's what I did when I couldn't figure out how to do stuff in Tony hawk 2. I went down to Future Shop and looked at the strategy guide and see how they suggested you do it.
