Not sure about him being in NLSC patch. Even if he was a major player in the 90s, he wasnt among the top 15. Mullin was a roleplayer in the team, his best ability to shoot, but yeah. I doubt he'll be in NLSC unless some sort of system is made up where he can be included, but I doubt.

But he is available for retro rosters, and installing his face isnt hard for them.

Sweet looking Mullin. I'll probably end up creating him for the Legends pool as I did last season. I still want to do a Legends/Champs roster though.

and in my book, the selection of headshape and the construction of bhed textures have been correct..

Stockton, Jordan & the Barkley headshape isn't just right & the bheds are far from impressive (especially jordan)

Ive yet to hear about better headshapes for barkley, jordan or stockton. Definetly not outlaw for mj or this portland smallhead for stock. This trio at least Ive got definetly better selected than the selections of your headshapes.

PS: Chris, I love that thing with the 1998-99 UD Choice cards! That's great! Gives the right feeling, instead of just showing an up-close preview of his face.
How do you make them? In Photoshop, PSP, Publisher?? And do you have a good template, so you just have to fill in all the fields for the players, or how do you do it?

Yes I use Paint Shop Pro. I could send you the template image where you can fill in the fields and color the areas to match the overall image. Since the texts are all vector, they can be replaced fast and easy, and in general pulling a card like that out doesnt take much time. Card template however doesnt have this border (I mean the areas outside the actual card, the shadowing and such). For that I paste the new card on top of old ones.

Thanks for the compliments, and I hope to release more legends soon. Its fun making them and feedback by you people is great, so theres no motivation loss anytime soon.

At some point Ill also go over some of the details Im not yet pleased with on the released patches, especially Barkley, some smalltime fixes on MJ's lips and nose, Ewings eyes, extra detail for Robinson, some fixes on the shading I had on Mullin and such. But its all good and fun.

Ill be in university and work starting from next week alot so my time will be cut, but in general I think Ill find time to release more of those patches.

I was just saying that his headshape selection was wrong and he replied by saying that his ones are right any mine are wrong. So instead of argue about it, I let the picture do the talking.

He's the one that started to get offensive.

Please Filip take your stuff somewhere else, this thread here doesnt need this. Im saying things from the peoples standpoints who have commented the patches Ive made. One of the best patchers in this community considers the patches Ive made as the best legends patches available, and he is not the only one.

And the comment Ive made, the one you didnt really reply to, since you probably havent seen them ingame. This was a direct reply to your previous post that so gloriously let the world know that you consider all your patches being better than mine. Do I care? Not as long as you dont come into my thread and start yelling it to my face, it is enough that youve said in other threads how good you think your patches are, and how much way better they are than mine. Youve got an ego problem man.

As far as critique goes, man youre taking all so damn personally. Perhaps you should again go through the threads and read my comments. THey are objective suggestions and Ive rarely said that the thing is not good. Also, comparing my critique to compliments, Ive given positive feedback many times more than negative. Also, I do NOT care what you think about me critiqueing or commenting others, all I ever gave you was good recommendations in your thread, that perhaps just your ego could not stand.

I could not have said that any better myself. I agree with everything that you touched upon, and I personally want to tell Chris once again that I love his legend patches. They have made my game much more enjoyable. Whatever you do, keep up the excellent work and know that there are plenty of gamers in here that love what you do and support you in it.

This Filip case should be forgotten, the case he was pulling wasnt worth it nor was messing around with whatever he tried to say.

Im sorry that you gamers had to read all this totally pointless crap. He had an attitude problem, he said things, I replied in anger and said things, in the end this was not good to any of you gamers who are here to get the patches Im releasing. It was partly my fault, I should have just replied simply with "sht the fck p", but well Im not just that kind of person. This resulted this discussion continuing, which was silly. Your support is the thing that keeps me motivated. Ive had long chats with many of you in this forum who have asked me about brushing techniques (I actually gave a sort of lesson to couple of patchers tonight), or with whom we have discussed patching or NBA in general and it has been a pleasure.

And yes I do know the amount of support I have in here, I read this from the amount on downloads the patches have gotten, the feedback Ive had in the forums (here and at nbalive.org), chats with some of the best patchers in these communities. Aka people whos opinion counts something, who manage to take things objectively, or from a gamers viewpoint. Two things I respect.

But yeah, again Im sorry that you people had to read all this, I hope this wont happen in the future anymore. Im going to keep my nose away from peoples threads who seem to have problems separating constructive criticism from personal offence.

And please, this discussion is hereby closed. Dont want any mentioning of some Filip, some silly comparisons or just random bashing. Ill try and get this tension out of this thread by releasing the next legend some time soon.

I disagree with that. What he did was set the photos up to show the differences in head shapes. The only angle that is different is Barkley's, but that different angle helps to show how the actual picture matches with the patch. Not only that, those are just three patches that prove how good Chris' patches are. His others are pretty accurate as well.

The unfair comparison was the one Filips made. I changed the angle of the camera to match the photo that he had picked. Its silly comparison comparing with the edit mode, when the head is not in the same angle as the photo is. Nevertheless you can see that my patches at least fit in proportions, and that the headshape is a better pick in MY opinion.

Also Andres, I too served at the army for a year (last year). If I hadnt, I would have just said fck off to Filip and get on with the patches For better or worse.
