how close are you with the garnett game 2s bro?

Sat Feb 12, 2005 6:28 am

Thank you guys for your almost unrighteous impatience...

The detail isn't as good as it could have been, and I blame that on the lack of good pictures again and that it has nothing to do with my abilities.
About the AllStar colorway, if it proves to be different I shall then make an update.

Thanks guys. I knew some of you would like them. :)

John WB, You need BigGUI and FshX first of all, just to handle the files.
Then go to your \NBA LIVE 2005\sgsm\common\xshoes.viv and open it with BigGUI. Extract the right file that you wan't to replace (Here's a list) and open the file with FshX. In there you choose import (before that you might wan't to take Double Texture for better detail) and select the shoe (-picture) that you'd like to add. Then just save the file and put it in either your main 'NBA Live 2005'-folder or in the 'SGSM'-folder.
That's pretty much the easy way. Let me know if you get any problem with it... (y)

Do you have to replace a sneaker or can you add one?

Wed Feb 16, 2005 3:06 am

Yes you can ad one. I haven't had the will to do it myself yet, so I'm not sure how to do it.
Seraph wrote a tutorial on it, so I would recommend that you read that one and try it out:

Good cause I don't want to change the sneakers of other players with the same default sneakers.

EDIT

And hey, is there a list that says what brand of sneaker each LOCID is?

I need the LOCID's for the sneakers in the patches Lpasso made for LeBron, Howard, KG and Kobe. And do you go to players.dbf and edit the orighshoe and origashow numbers for new shoes or just the appearances.dbf? And when adding to the shoelimit,, does home and away count as one together or one each?

And for the Josh Howard green sneakers that go with the alternate jerseys, what do you edit to put those sneakers with the Dallas green alternate jersey?
