kevC's Michael Jordan Update v1.00

This patch includes:

1)Two different Michael Jordan cyberfaces for the '92 and '96 Chicago Bulls
-2x highly detailed faces which features the '92 MJ and a '96 MJ(w/a moustache)
-headshapes

2)A portrait
-a portrait of MJ for different screens

3)An installation
-click click you're done!
