dude- if you're that impatient there is a nice little option called 'trade players' in roster management that i might look into.

As has been said 20 times you can't play with moves you've made online. When I play head-to-head I do play with rosters where I've made the moves myself.
But come on we're not talking bout a major roster change. All they have to do is make a few well-known about moves.
