Dunk Contest (Toss Ball) PC

Can anybody tell me how to toss ball in the dunk contest. thank you!

its done with different gestures with the right analog stick......if you are on the keyboard then you need to experiment with the freestyle dribbling buttons.....try dunk school to get used to the timing once you do figure it out.
