Is there any way to run the game in windowed mode?

What about changing the resolution? I'm having this issue:

Also, the textures can only go up to medium for some reason.

Same thing happens to me when I run NBA Live 2004 in Windows 7 (64 bit); however, running the game in Windows XP under VMWare (or Windows XP mode, if your version of Windows supports it) should be a viable workaround.

As for the resolution, I was able to fix it by editing hwconfig.cfg .
