I'm still running XP so I can't speak from experience, but if all else fails Virtual PC might be the answer.

I have windows 7 and can run Live 2004 without any issues


if you do run into issues you can set compatibility modes.

my game always freezes after it shows the 30 nba team logos.. I already tried different compatibility mode. :(

i think it's with the movies folder.. I also noticed that the files inside the movies folder (cameo1.mad, etc..), is somewhat associated with microsoft access? :(

No. It's a trick which EA used. They are not associated with Microsoft Access, they are movie files, also they are uneditable.

you could try removing the movies folder to see if the game will just skip those screens causing the crash......other than that I dont know
