hello everyone! i need download links for nba 2004 patches to update my game. could anyone tell me how to find the following patches:

- charlotte bobcats jerseys and court patch
- dallas mavericks alternate jersey (light blue; used in 09-10 season) patch
- philadelphia 76ers new court patch

i'd really appreciate responses to this request. nba 2004 is the best!!!!
