To put it another way, uploading to a place like Sendspace, Mediafire or Rapidshare - or using the upload function on our Download submission form - would make it a lot easier for people to download your work.

It's possible to export the face textures, import them into an NBA Live 2003 file and match them up with a suitable headshape. You can't just use them in NBA Live 2003 directly.
