in nba live 2003, during the nba finals, they announce the starting lineup of the home team, its awesome the way they do it.
If only they did that for every game :?

In Live 2002 for ps2 they had player intros too. It was really cool, better than the finals intros in 2003.

in live 2001 they have player intros but the players like move and hug teammates and stuff before they are even called, like the annoncer was saying my small forward and my last guy to be announced was allready in the circle of the starting line-ups. it was confusing, but the lights went out and spotlights are going just to the home team being announced. so that was pretty cool but the it wasn't like the announcer was slow the players just moved before there named were called and they ran to there teammates too fast.

The intros in NBA Live 2001 weren't too bad, but if you had a player with a long name it would indeed create a delay with the audio, meaning the players had all run out onto the floor before the announcer finished calling all their names.
