Help! Full screen problem.

I play NBA Live 2004 since... 2005. Never changed it. Never had problems.
Starting from 3-4 days ago, when I open my nba live 04 , the screen is not on full screen, the screen is minimized on the middle of the screen!
I tried to disintall and reinstall the game, nothing.
I bought a new one, nothing.
So the problem is in the PC (the same I use to play since 2005), but what is the problem?
I have DirectX 9.0c on it.

Try deleting the settings.dat file from your NBA Live 2004 settings folder (you'll find it in the NBA Live 2004 folder under My Documents). If that doesn't work, try updating your video card drivers.
