No, I don't think so. I would like to avoid people complaining about seeing black floors: by default, 2K doesn't have city courts for everyone, and the nomenclature also changes with _alt, _alt2, etc. For the way I play, I replaced the city courts with those of IS, you can see the corresponding floors on 2ktools and choose the ones you like
