Mod Enabler Tutorial (easily enable/ disable mods)

For anyone who has a lot of mods and wants an easier way to swap out mods
Here is a tutorial for using JSGME (mod enabler) for the current gen of 2K games on PC.
With this method, you don't have to switch modded folders to swap full mods
