Can someone Help download this Roster?

I come around a really fantastic "Shot release modifier" he somehow gets them right every single time, unfortunately due to the chinese language barriers i just couldn't find way to download it, and eventually gave up, he did a roster with updating 500 players shot release mechanics.

Unfortunately it's through app called Weibo which i just couldn't access, if someone can get around downloading this roster, i'd be highly appreciative.

Man, it's frustrating, those folks in China have great mods, but there are just mountains of hurdles to finally get access to these mods
