I figured it out, I have some amazing findings. Ill share all of them later.
To fix the players posture, use the 2K17 hihead.scne file, you just need to copy ALL of the text under "Model" "player" in hihead.scne up to "Prim", and paste it into the hihead.scne from 2K18 that you are using. The player now stands up perfectly straight, and the clipping is minimal. Not only that, when you shrinkwrap from 2K17, it's only very small edits to make it work.
Don't touch the vertex section in the hihead.scne, it will create a black line going down the players right leg. I have all the accessories and jerseys fitting perfect on both Westbrook and Pierce. Pierce had a very slight eye bugging issue, but I went into Blender and brought his eyes in a tad, and it fixed the issue.
This has been a great team effort. A lot of trial and error. The players no longer change forms in edit player or on court, they dont glitch at all. Looking completely forward.
