My park animations in nba game

I just saw a video of Shady00018 were Quavo did dunks between the legs in game . I know he is modding because he put a custom cyberface but I cant find which tool he's using ? Limono's trainer , cheat engine ?? Can yoiu tell me how to do that pls

Limono's Trainer.... Activate "Unlock All Signatures" in game settings. When you edit a player signature moves My Park animations will be available to you.

What exactly is he doing? Would you mind explaining?

As far as I know, I use the limnono tool to hit F7 to unlock signature dunks including the park dunks but it only works for players in mygm and myleague. So is there REALLY a way to select the park sig dunks for the myplayer in mycareer?!
