First, RKJ has fixed many of the big heads you're referring to so check his thread. Second, TG has many tutorials on his YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPydhZ ... PeRSmEVynQ) on how to edit cyberfaces in both 2k17 and 2k18. It will contain many of the instructions you're looking for and gives details on how to edit faces. Just a warning, its not an easy process so be careful what you wish for. Best of luck.
