rosters with updated tendencies ???

hi. i'm new to PC NBA 2k after having previously only played it on xbox. i want to know if i can expect roster's appearing here that update player tendencies like the SIMWORLD rosters i use to download over at op sports?? i wouldn't have a clue how to do it myself. in general the 2k tendencies are rubbish and need updating
