Hey I'm new here, tips and advice would be appreciated I wanna know how to shrink heads in blender

Also, if anyone can help me, I wanna know how to save the dds face textures in photoshop. they seem to always be colored in the thumbnail, unlike the original copy which was opaque, like alpha I think, I don't know. then in game, they're not as dark as I want them to be on the player, like they're on 50% opacity.

I'm not that knowledgeable with the export settings
