Help me, "error in .json file" in Blender

I try to fix the big head problem of evan turner, But when I export the .model, it's failed.
"error in .json file", It's showed.
I think maybe there some problem in the 2k17_tools. But I dont know why. Does anyone can help me?
The pic show the result after I click the export.
In the screenshot, hihead is facialhair.SCEN, hihead001 is hair.SCEN, hihead002 is hihead.SCEN

Import first the body model.
the model must be hihead, the hair hihead001 and the facialhair 002.
