Mod Trainer will not work(All Players Invisible PLEASE HELP)

I have tried countless times to put a different face onto my mycareer character. Only for the roster highlighter to pixm everyone BUT my Mycareer character. And by the time I get him it shows two players. Changing the face files has done absolutely nothing and it will not work at all. Please help

Not to mention all players in my game are invisible PLEASE HELP
