Legends Mods (3) Alonzo Mourning - Jermaine O'Neal - Brian Grant

Hey guys.

I really like to give a hand to the legends who didn't get the respect they deserve! I'm a huge NBA fan since Jordan 98' last championsip until the Pistons '04 championship (That doesn't mean I don't love NBA right now), so if I have time, I would love to make mods for that generation. We really need some cyberfaces to get fixed!

I'll start with 3 that I've seen no cyberface corrections around here.

Sorry If the models are not as sculpted enough as you wanted, I didn't have time to look every detail.
I'm only a one-month old modder, I would like to learn more things about this which is so much fun. Working now and testing everything that I can.

I have several legends in my mind that I want to fix their face and body, like adding tattoos, better faces, smooth hairs, etc.
I'm not concentrating in the current rosters because the faces are pretty realistic, and you have a bunch of modders for the new guys!
Other projects in mind are ficitional characters for a draft class. I'm already working on some of my best friends at home and I want to give them the most realistic look.

I'm willing to do some requests only if I have time. More mods are on your way, that's for sure.

Yeah I know but the default one doesn’t look the greatest

So you want a Zo who actually has 3D hair instead of a square molded head which according to 2K looks like real hair

dude you and RKJ should link up. With your faces and his body edits: that would be awesome for the community. About as good as when SeanJohn and Lagoa linked up on a global for NBA 2k15. now that was gamechanging, in the absolute most literal sense.

I'm still very green in this thing. I noticed Brian Grant has an issue. I modelling his hair right now to be longer and more real, but I noticed that when I zoom out the camera, Brian's hair and hair color come back to the original one. Help?

That helps a lot. Having a good base and face texture is the key to start modding.

I'm looking for good bases for the great ones who didn't make this game, like Reggie Miller, Rasheed Wallace and Gilbert Arenas. I know Vo1D did a good job making Reggie and Gilbert, and Sheed (RKJ maybe?) looks cool too. But I will try my best to have these guys in the game and look as real as possible.

Good thing there's someone like you who is interested in updating this retro faces with limited references and low quality pictures available.
Maybe it's better if you stay with this thread or in the other one so that we can easily follow your works in the future...

Thank you, sir. How can I stay in a thread? Do I just edit my original post and update it everytime I have something new? I've never even try. If that's the case, let me know which choice is better.
