https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3ZqUl5PlrYRealistic game sliders (difficulty) for NBA 2K18. Suggested game speed would be at 55.
Speed is reduced to 0 to avoid players seeming like the Flash.
Lateral quickness is reduced to 0 as well to lessen players sliding on the court.
(To compensate, game speed is upped to 55, and Acceleration upped to the fullest. With this, even at the game speed at 55, the players on the court wouldn't be moving and dribbling the ball too fast on normal plays. With the acceleration up, tho, they would be realistically fast on fast break plays.)
Fouls are reduced to make the game more physical. To compensate and maintain the occurrence of animations related to physicality, defensive contact shots are upped by a number. This, too, is to promote a more competitive defense by the CPU.
Success attributes on shots were also reduced to make the game more challenging. Tho offensive consistency is upped to compensate for this. This outcome would be the player and the CPU not getting easy shots, but when one team is on a rhythm, the said team would be seeming to make more. Thus making the game a game of runs, just as in real life.
Blocking and dunking frequency on the player's side is reduced as it makes the game easier.
Dunking tendency on the CPU's side is upped to the fullest to higher their number of dunks per game. Same goes to alley oops.
Various shooting tendencies were also lowered on the CPU's side to make the CPU team not take stupid shots, and rely more on ball movement and team plays.
Vertical is also lowered so when dunking, players wouldn't have superhuman bounces.
Backdoor cuts is upped to a hundred to make off ball players find open spots more.
Still tweaking the sliders for a more realistic experience. Tho I'd say I got this right for me.
Thank you and enjoy.
