HELP ME FIX MY NBA 2K18 OFFLINE I UPDATE IS TO PATCH 1.10 THE OTHER SOUNDS IS WORKING BUT IN GAME IT LOST THE ANNOUNCERS

yes im playin now a codex version for now. and my friend send me a patch AI0 ( ALL IN ONE ) 1.10 but the patch doesnt have a exe the update is came from the steam version is there any solution for this?
