My Lenovo Y700-15ISK's specs are:

i7-6700 HQ CPU
16 GB DDR4 RAM
Nvidia GTX 960M 4 GB GDDR5 GPU

I would please to tell me which are the best settings in Nvidia Control Panel, and which are the best in-game video settings for NBA 2K18 for me?

Leave the nvidia control panel alone and go into the game and experiment with the settings.

Max it out. Don't hold back. My G4560 with GT 1030 (without a fan) is killing this game, though in 720p.
