[SOLVED] Suddenly game opens windowed, can't go fullscreen

Hi guys. I've been played 2K18 for weeks with no problem. But suddenly, as of today it opens on a window, no fullscreen.
The video options shows Fullscreen and resolution locked to 1280x720 (can't change).
If I change to window and apply, game goes windowed (already was). Then change to fullscreen but still windowed.

Alt+Enter won't work, does nothing.
I've checked and validated Steam files (no issues found), didn't work.
Tried deleting 2k18 settings file, didn't work (game creates again from Steam cloud on launch, I think).
NVIDIA drivers are up-to-date.
Restarted Steam and PC, didn't work.

All other Steam games I have installed open fullscreen normally.

Don't know what happens. As far as I know, W10 didn't update lately (I played 2K18 yesterday yesterday!).

Any help would be appreciate.

Well, solved.
Something weird happened with the NVIDIA driver, it was not setting or showing the actual desktop resolution. Reinstalled it and everything went fine.
