I don't think the 1060 was the issue last year or the year before. I think it was the 900 series cards.
I wonder why the game is optimized worse for Nvidia? You never hear AMD users having issues.
Btw, have you guys tried running your AA through Nvidia instead of the game?
Andrew wrote:Tested it out last night. Completely maxed out, I was getting around 50-60 fps with V-Sync on, a bit of stuttering. Performance was better with V-Sync off, but still not as smooth as it is on PS4. i5-4690K, GTX 970, and 8 GB of RAM, so performance should be better.

Good looking out, a lot of people don't realize that you can get good performance out of this game and not go broke on the PC.

no problem, actually here is a whole computer build people could use to upgrade for less than $360 that will run mostly anything on high settings

Full Screen Windowed
Vsync on
AA
I have a GTX 1080.
On the NVIDIA Control Panel I just set Power Management to Prefer Maximum Performance.

In the AMD Settings, set VSYNC to "Always On", with the rest of your profile set to "Balanced". Also, make sure VSYNC is on in game (This makes a difference even if VSYNC is always on in the AMD settings). Also, you can try the FPS control option on the games profile, if you are shooting for just 60 FPS (Which is what I play on), set it to 60.
