is it possible with limnonos tool (or any other way) to use the Facescan of your MyPlayer for a created player in MyLeague?

No, but you can use your MyPlayer (with Facescan) in any gamemode, using the "Copy Roster" feature.

But that means I will copy the whole roster and not just the MyPlayer, correct? Good tip, though!

All you have to do is, copy the Roster you want to use, start a new MyCareer, copy that roster, then use it in whatever game mode you want.
