Further Details on MyGM

Postby Andrew on Thu Aug 03, 2017 11:11 am

Daily Star had a quick chat with Erick Boenisch in the wake of last week's developer blog on MyLEAGUE and MyGM. There's a couple of further details of interest that he mentions:

  • The new MyGM story is described as a "light-hearted jaunt", so don't expect any angst or tragedy, a la "Livin Da' Dream".
  • Although there will be a lot of decisions to make, the story continues every few games played, so we're not going to be totally overwhelmed by narrative-based decisions, cutscenes, and so forth.
  • At some point, we're going to have to take sides.

Krogans or Salarians. Got it.

But seriously, I was a little concerned on how intrusive the story and cutscenes would be to the core gameplay. This is good to know.
