It's probably fake, no gameplay at all, menu is looking to simple and static, titlepage is not in that "2k style", for me it's probably fake.

Considering the situation with the NCAA license, I'm inclined to think it's fake. A bombshell if true, but the NCAA license along makes me very sceptical.
