He's not Canadian himself, of course, but he does play for the NBA's only Canadian team. As such, DeMar DeRozan has been confirmed for the first regional NBA 2K cover for Canada.
Perhaps more significantly, it also gives us a glimpse of the new Raptors jerseys by Nike.

They signed a sponsorship deal, so it's missing the Sun Life logo now

His cover actually looks better than Kyrie's cover.
