Create expansion team failed

hi, I tried to create expansion teams using my own logo design(i've uploaded my design on nba2k.com), but every time i used my own logo, it says that there 's a problem and it wouldn't let me save my design. anyone knows how to fix it?

thats normal on pc. open a myleague Online, Do it There and upload you Design. Download it in Myleague offline

Oh, wow...I have been having the same trouble trying to update some team and court designs for my Indiana High School game...occasionally I could get one to save, but more often than not I got that same error. I just assumed it was some weirdness that would get worked out and not an ongoing issue. I thank you both for bringing the issue to the forum and also for the response and cure.
