Um, thank you for the optimism? This should be a good way to see how this thing works though, even if it fails, it is kind of fun.
I finished all yoga (i feel, fruity) and strength exercises. Man, I am out of shape....I can barely get past my knees when trying to touch my toes, have horrible balance on each leg (remember, past knee injuries) and I was pretty much shaking due to my muscles being so out of tone. I am "strong" still, I moved 3 big pieces of oak furniture up 2 stories of stairs by myself yesterday but my overall flexibility and individual muscle strength sucks.
I do think I will be able to continue on with this for a while, especially if I get into my habit. I usually get up 2 hours before work so I can watch sportscenter, do a round (of websites, I swear) and have a good breakfast each morning along with my shower. Now that baseball has completely taken over SC I need something else to do in the morning and this should fit in nicely. The other thing that will keep me doing this is that it will track my progress.
So yea, day 1 down, and plenty more to go, Ill be sure to post in the morning before work what I weighed in at. And just remember, this is how I looked at 300+ pounds (and mid-yawn + sun in the eyes)
