Custom Stanchions

Step 1. Make stanchions the same way you would in 2K16.

Step 2. Open "shared_arena_resources.SCNE" in a text editor (preferably Notepad ++, but it doesn't really matter).

Step 3: Locate the text "stanchion_padding_c.tga". Edit the first three "Scale" numbers to 1.0000000000, and edit all three offset numbers to 0.0000000000.

Step 4: Go through all the stanchion logo files (stanchion_team_logo, stanchion_statefarm_logo, ect.) and make them completely transparent. For any empty (0kb) textures, get them from 0C, make them transparent, and put them into the stadium folder.

Step 5: Replace the playofflogostack file with this one.

Step 7: Profit.



Only downside is that the State Farm logo disappears from the backboard, but that is fixable through editing the basket_backboard_c file.

Note: If you can't get the stanchion color exactly right, you can edit the offset numbers slightly to assist you, with the three numbers representing RGB. Negative numbers work, BTW.

I might be wrong but I think with this method, it already does. Just leave that base area (where the KIA logo is in the screenshot) empty.

It dosent get rid of it it overlaps it.
