Can anyone help with the bucks' court?

So basically guys, I've been trying to mod the bucks court and for the sake of me, I can't figure it out. I've tried with different templates, files, compression, etc. and all ends with the same result, the floor is just black. I've read about this in threads from the early days of nba 2k17 modding, but at a least Lagoa, probably others too, figured it out, cause I've downloaded his modded floors and they work fine. Even just replacing his floor file with my own in his modded .iff gives me the same result, so it must be something else... I would appreciate any help i can get or if you can contact him that's good too, cause i've tried PM'ing him and asking in his thread to no avail. Thanks a lot!
