2K Explorer Not Reading Archives?

Postby RayRay_953 on Sun Dec 17, 2017 1:08 pm

So I was replacing the soundtrack in the game with my own songs, and the program crashed in the middle of replacing one of the songs, thus rendering the 0C file corrupted. I verified the integrity of the files, but now 2K Explorer won't open any archives, telling me that there were 0 archives detected. I deleted and reinstalled 2K Explorer and it still won't open any archive. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.

Delete manifest-G from the main 2k directory, and open the explorer again. It should work.

In regards to song import, make sure to follow my video tutorial in the tutorials section, and also make sure you are giving the song time to import. If there is a size difference, you have to wait for like 5 minutes for the song to go in. It's a pain in the ass, but a necessary pain in the ass.

Yep, deleting the file fixed the problem for me. What's strange was that I replaced one of the songs with Sirius (which is only about a minute fifty in length) and it just crashed on me.

Did you convert the file to .ogg and change the bit rate to 48000?

Converted it to ogg, but forgot to change the rate before. Songs are working now, thanks Dee. (y)

No problem, glad it worked.
