Question about jersey patches and the subfolder "clothing". Do I have to extract everything to "waigua" folder as it is or do I have to extract contents of folder "clothing" in the "waigua" folder ?

Yes extract it as it is the uniform iff file and the clothing folder must be in waigua or modded folder

I dont exactly know but i see some iff file in the archives that have "shared" in their file name maybe thats the one .
