I'm definitely interested lol I'm a huge fan of the NBA JAM 2K14 mod, so thats why I like these hidden/ outdoor stadiums. It makes it feel more arcade like.

I thought that changing the stadium appearing on the main menu background was only possible in last year's game, good find!

I think this is a very interesting concept. BTW, how much can we edit stadiums? I haven't given it a go yet, but can we edit everything like to the crowd, advertising boards etc?

Stadiums can be fully texture and model edited.

Cool, suprised no one has tackled major stadium editing yet. Obviously there's been some textures and some lighting fixes, but nothing much so far. I might give it a go eventually.

Since stadiums are dozens and dozens of separate model files, you could even swap things out, like the jumbo tron or something. It would take a bit of work editing the scne files to make it work properly, but it's doable for sure.

It's very possible. I was attempting to release something like this, but when I posted the Rucker Park mod screenshots to gauge interest, I got almost no replies.

Well its pretty dope, I hope you release it and maybe more variations of the blacktop court. I've been thinking about casual uniforms and an nba jam / nba street mod, so those courts would work very well with those ideas

I was also going to release an NBA Jam mod. I had run into a major issue of getting the game dunk heavy enough. Even with CPU def sliders all the way to 0, dunking was still way too much of a chore for that type of mod.

Yeah I feel you, I have some sliders that kinda work, but now that you mention that I can see it.

Is it possible to just swap out the blacktop court for perhaps a normal gym atmosphere like the Gatorade gym or Orlando summer league? I'd like to play blacktop like dudes playing at the local YMCA?

Yeah you should be able to, just take the gym you want and rename it to s616, pick a floor name it f616 and hopefully it loads because blacktop normally doesn't use that file.

Has anyone tried the aircraft carrier court? I'd try it myself but the explorer isn't working for me.

Also i'm just curious, what would happen if you swapped out the mycourt files for some other court? (I assume the game would crash)

I think the reason only certain mypark courts work is because they either have or don't have a 5 v 5 court. The Old Town Aircraft Carrier doesn't have one.
